I used Tom Hoffman as my run coach to finish my first marathon. In my previous training attempts I was plagued by injuries, even when following a running plan. Tom created a personalized plan that fit well into my shift work schedule as a nurse. He focuses on weights as well as running and insists on break days. With this I managed to stay injury free and successfully crossed the finish line in Paris 2023. My experience was so good that what started as a bucket list item has turned into a passion and I have already booked my next marathon. Looking very forward to working with Tom again and cutting setting PB’s.
