After seeing zero results from CrossFit and suffering from injury after injury, I knew I needed to find a new way to make my fitness goals. I went into individual design hoping to just lose some weight and fix muscle imbalances, but I got so much more. My coach, Abi, is one of the best support systems in my life, and I’ve made great changes in my nutrition and lifestyle that will stay with me forever. She pushes me to be a better person in and out of the gym. Now I’m working towards being a competitive weightlifter. It’s a goal I would have never dreamed of before Gold Coast Strength and Conditioning.
