Personal & Small Group Training

Personal Training is provided for those individuals who prefer a more hands on approach, or who would like to work on specific technical skills in a one on one setting.

Sessions are available in 30, 60 or 90 minute domains, and will be scheduled directly with your coach. Your training session will be tailored for your specific needs and goals.

With personal training, our goal is to educate you in order for you to establish greater autonomy in the facility so you can move into an Individual Design training program.
